I'ma Goin' Travelin'

Posted on July 4, 2015 at 5:40 PM

Well after a summer and fall of moving a little away from the stage and stepping in front of the camera for classes with Heidi Marshall and Tiffany Little-Canfield, I'm SUPER excited to announce that I'll be returning "home" and hitting the road in the new year with the

You guys!! I'm so excited to announce that I'll officially be heading back to Indianapolis at the first of May to jump into rehearsals for MARY POPPINS!!! I have loved this musical ever since my grandparents introduced me to it as a child, and I can't wait to rejoin some familiar faces, meet some new ones, and sweep. some. chimneys. :) My inner kid is literally giddy as I sit here in Starbucks thinking about hearing & singing some of those famous songs 8x a week!

Flying Home

After spending most of my day yesterday in the airport flying from Indianapolis to my family's home in Texas, I thought this would be the perfect share for today. I WISH this had been my flight! (The little kid whose Mom brings him to the front to listen near the end is pretty priceless.)

Quoting Quary

I was recently asked by a friend to share a quote as part of an inspirational and motivational collective being started among friends and colleagues, so I thought I would share it here as well. It's actually two separate quotes, but I like to think of them as one, or at least working in tandem with one another. For me they serve as a reminder to not let fear of judgement get in my way, but to show up wholly and truthfully as myself in my endeavors and to invite others to be a part of that. I hope you might find something in them as well :)
